Terms of Service

By using VidFX AI (https://vidfxai.com) you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

VidFX AI is operated by Deguang Li, an individual based in Hong Kong. Contact: support@vidfxai.com. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; your card details go directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

What the service does

VidFX AI is an independent interface built on third-party AI models. You upload an image or type a prompt and receive an AI-generated image, video or audio file. Each tool names the model it uses; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make those models.

AI output may be inaccurate

Results are produced automatically by AI models. They may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other people's results, and they can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every result before you publish, share or rely on it.

What you may not do

• Create, upload or request sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Create content involving minors in any harmful or sexualized way.
• Swap faces, create deepfakes, imitate someone's voice, or use any real person's likeness without their consent.
• Create violent, hateful, harassing, illegal or deceptive content, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
• Abuse, scrape or overload the service, or get around its limits.

The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. Prompts are checked automatically and may be refused. We may suspend access, and remove credits obtained through abuse, if these rules are broken.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you upload. You may use the results you create, subject to these terms, the law, and the license of the underlying model. You give us permission to process your uploads only as needed to produce your result.

Free previews, credits and limits

Some tools offer a limited free preview per day, which may carry a watermark and may be paused when capacity is reached. Full-quality results use credits, bought as one-time packs on the pricing page. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are tied to the email used at purchase. Prices and the credits each tool uses may change; the price shown at checkout applies. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, Deguang Li is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
