Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload, type or create with VidFX AI. It is part of our Terms of Service. Prompts are screened automatically before they reach any model, and the models' own safety filters are switched on where available.

Prohibited content

• NSFW, pornographic, sexual or sexually suggestive content, including nudity.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans people for who they are.
• Harmful content in general: illegal activity, weapons, scams, malware, or dangerous instructions.

Prohibited uses of real people

• Face swap: putting one person's face onto another person or body.
• Deepfakes: realistic images, video or audio that show a real person saying or doing something they did not.
• Voice imitation or voice cloning of any real person.
• Using someone's likeness (face, body, voice or name) without their consent.
• Impersonating anyone, or creating content meant to mislead people about who made it or what is real.

Other rules

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights.
• Do not label AI results as real photos, recordings or news.
• Do not try to get around our limits, filters or payment system, or automate the site.

Enforcement

Requests that break this policy are refused. We may block access, cancel credits obtained through abuse, and report illegal content to the authorities. To report misuse, email support@vidfxai.com.
